How to book a room with a hotel

1) Send your reservation by email or fax directly to the requested hotel!
2) Following information must be included in your reservation:
- Your contact details in case they have any questions
- Family name and first name of the person(s) for whom the room(s) should be booked
- arrival date (including approximate time if possible)
- departure date
- number and kind of room(s) – i.e. single/double, (non)smoker
- special wishes
- indicate that special “ISES rate” is requested
- a credit card number with expiry date for guarantee purposes (will only be charged if
the guest does not show up at the hotel or cancels after cancellation deadline)

It is recommended to first contact the requested hotel in order to check the availability of rooms.
